The chairman of the parent committee (center) with Alvin Hancock (left) and Bob Hatmaker (right).  On every project we have a contract with the parent committee agreeing that they will provide all unskilled labor for each project.  The project at this site (VaVega II) consisted of paving the playground area, replacing the pit toilets and enclosing the school with a fence.
