Mel Hansen (Stockton North, CA Rotary Club - Dist. 5220) is the director of the Seeds of Hope program.  Mel provides high quality vegetable seeds to many countries in Central America.  We distributed the seeds to all the workers on the La Vega job.  Here Bill LeNoble is instructing them on how to use the seeds.  Many of the workers cannot read so Bill needed to draw diagrams for the men to follow.
